Business Health Checks
One of our most popular and sought after services, the business health check is designed to give the new leader or the incoming manager a snapshot of the business issues in a cost effective package. The health check is normally a two week process summarised in a report recommending how you spend your first 100 days in your new role and priority areas for quick-wins.
